#### Planning Participates in the initial assessment and has completed training plan to ensure that they possess the necessary experience, education, and abilities to perform competently.
Assessing, maintaining and improving staff competence Annually evaluates their continuing abilities to perform and carryout the expectations of the pharmacy.
#### Promoting Self-development and learning With the support of the leaders of the organization, create a culture which fosters staff-development and continued learning.
### Monitoring the Pharmacy Polices and Procedures Manual Monitor compliance of all aspects of the organizations medication administration and pharmacy policies and procedures.
### Participates in medication administration to address drug expense Participates in the pharmacy intervention program by informing pharmacist of problems with discontinued medications or intravenous medication that are not on schedule to improve drug utilization.
Education:
