Full Time Key responsibilities include:
Fulfilling occupancy goals as described in the annual budget and assist Sales & Marketing Director to achieve Best Practice Sales Metrics and 100% occupancy Supporting occupancy goals through effective planning of move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers Maintaining and updating sales database We seek the following
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED Two to Five years of administrative experence preferably in a healthcare setting Must have a proven track record of focus on customer service Must be proficient with computers and software programs to include MS Office Suite Must be detail oriented and have strong time management and organizational skills Must have excellent communication and customer service skills Must have sensitivity toward working with seniors and their families Must have strong interpersonal skills and customer service commitment and be self motivated to achieve goals Must have flexibility with shcedule Must enjoy working with the senior population Brookdale Senior Living is an EOE-(Equal Opportunity Employer) and drug free work place.
