At least 3 years experience in secretarial, customer service, or similar administrative support Computer experience (Southern Company applications AMPS/WOMS/Maximo or similar system; Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of procurement and inventory processes Invoice and payment process Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organization and time management skills Knowledge of purchasing or inventory process concepts Strong customer service skills Ability to interact with plant personnel and suppliers Subject to Gulf Power tobacco policy:
