Summary:
Key Responsibilities PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Sets up and maintains computer systems.
Analyzes system faults, troubleshoots, and runs diagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware to detect problems.
Evaluates and installs developed software during various phases of testing.
Reviews and prepares documentation for systems and tests software.
Performs preventive maintenance on the operating systems and repairs system/environment problems.
Administers systems/environment solutions for multiple projects with varying schedules.
Works on problems of moderate scope and ensures project schedules and performance requirements are met.
Investigates and selects methods and techniques used for obtaining solutions.
Contributes to the development of the organization''s goals and objectives.
Monitors and organizes the efforts of the floor support staff.

Qualifications:
BASIC
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent and 5
years of experience in a related field with a broad range of assignments in technical tasks directly related to Windows, Linux, networking, and programming fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance and able to obtain and SCI.

PREFERRED
Qualifications:

certification.
Other desirable skills are Symantec EndPoint, VMware ESXi, Windows Server technologies, NAS, and SAN skills.
