Responsibilities:
Bring to resolution service delays that have exceeded standard time frames Locate and order parts on behalf of Service Centers from specified part vendors Ensure that the consumer is kept informed about the transactions regarding their repair Make buyout recommendations Manage all open referrals for one or a set of states, clients, and/or programs Take complete ownership of issue resolution for the customer's assigned in his/her state(s) Be creative - be able to think out-of-box in solution development Assist Managers in monitoring the daily workflows across entire team Act on customer's behalf when established processes and business rules conflict causing degradation in customer satisfaction Communicate issues and work status to Management team on a consistent basis Make system updates and perform other data entry functions as necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum 2
years of experience as a Service Coordinator and/or in a Communication Center environment preferred High level of PC knowledge including familiarity with a Windows environment High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent attention to detail Superior conflict resolution skills Proven organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities in a fast paced environment Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills Click here to apply.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
