Job Description Job Duties:
Manages the day to day integrated team of health care based staff and responsible for cost effective delivery of healthcare services for local members.
Oversees staff responsibilities for establishing clinical members to achieve high quality patient care and optimal outcomes.
Evaluates and recommends enhancements and improvements for programs and staff development to ensure consistent compliance.
Essential Functions:
Experience Working in Dental Office Environment Preferred oOversees, coordinates and monitors all health management activities to facilitate integrated proactive care.
oEnsures adequate staffing and service levels, and maintains customer's satisfaction by implementing and monitoring staff productivity and performance indicators.
oConducts regular staff meeting (at least monthly) oCollaborates with and keeps the Healthcare Doctors appraised of operational issues, staffing, resources, system service activities.
