Logistics Team Lead (Paid Membership Site) - Global Aerospace and Defense Technology Company
The Logistics Team Lead will be responsible for managing the contractor staff supporting the Logistics Section, and will be the primary interface with the government for the contractor's day-to-day O&M logistics-related activities.
The Logistics Team Lead will lead tasks in support of logistics projects and lead the development of upgrades and system improvements for tracking and reporting material, material handling procedures, asset management, configuration management, and scheduling.
Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline with 9
years of relevant experience Experience leading and managing teams supporting activities such as purchasing, handling, controlling and transportation of material and other property.
Top Secret security clearance, eligible for DHS suitability Experience working with IT equipment in data center environments In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Management - Procurement Management - Logistics Management - Configuration Management - Data Management PREFERRED

Current DHS suitability/EOD Desired Certifications:
ITIL Experience supporting DHS, Federal Civil, Intelligence, or DoD Customers Experience in process improvement, especially to shorten logistics lifecycle timelines Source:
