Expert Advocate

As the Expert Advocate, you will be responsible for designing, building, managing, and maintaining all Elite program-related functions and deliverables for IMS. This position works hand-in-hand with our Research, Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and maintain bi-directional relationships with experts and consultants.
The Expert Advocate will create communication plans, reach out to potential and existing Elite Experts, and build meaningful relationships with qualified experts. The Expert Advocate will consistently add new experts to the IMS Elite Expert population and new companies to the population of Alliance Partners. Matching these Elite experts to open jobs and assisting Recruiters in making placements is an essential part of this role. We expect that stronger Elite relationships will yield opportunities to serve attorneys in cases introduced by the Elite Experts. This indirect sales channel will also be the responsibility of the Expert Advocate to promote and pursue.
The position is tasked with turning relationships with experts into opportunities with law firms and attorneys. The successful candidate will be motivated, creative, analytical, and efficient, and will have superior organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Forms relationships with department managers and team members and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on all Elite Expert-related questions or concerns
Engages in regular contact and exceptional follow up with all Elite Experts
Answers questions and troubleshoots problems with Elite Experts
Serves as company liaison for Elite Experts and is the sole contact for all questions, requests, needs, status updates, etc.
Serves as the single point of contact for all inbound Elite Expert inquires and recruiter referrals for follow up with potential new Elite Experts
Performs the recruiting and onboarding for new Elite Experts based on defined criteria
Strengthens the IMS brand and image through outreach as it relates to the Elite Expert population
Identifies new business opportunities through excellent Elite Expert relationship management
Responsible for managing, improving, designing, and overseeing all Elite program capabilities
Set and achieve defined goals and objectives relating to program growth and development
Gather and disseminate intelligence from Elite communities
Serves as copywriter for all Elite Expert content, such as web profile pages, Expert Access job opportunities, communications, etc.
Serves as the Elite Expert ombudsman
Responsible for recruiting new Elite Experts to expand the network and creating value for the network and community of Elite Experts
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Requires excellent planning and organization skills
Requires outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully build and leverage relationships
Demonstrates initiative, follow through, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively and efficiently
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be extremely comfortable with technology and advanced subject matter
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of five years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, account management, or marketing required
Law/consulting firm experience a plus
Prior experience with building and executing incentive programs a plus
SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED IN TERMS OF:
Number of new Elite Experts added to the Elite Expert community
Number of placed and/or interviewed Elite Experts
New Elite offerings and assistance programs developed
New opportunities/referrals that originate from Elite relationships
Number of Elite companies referred to the Alliance program
Quality of communication with Elite Experts
Quality of communication internally about relevant learnings from Elite Experts

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
