Retail Sales Associate
What you can expect on a daily basis:
o Provide exceptional service to our Customers and Sales leads over the phone as well as to walk-in Customers
o Recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on individual Customers' needs
o Understand and explain the leasing process to Customers
o Sell merchandise including packing / moving supplies and insurance to protect our Customers' goods
o Operate POS system and take payments
o Conduct daily visual and space audits of entire facility as well as perform lock checks
o Prepare and make daily bank deposits
o Submit all property invoices for payment
o Process daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
o Coordinate and conduct auctions on an as-needed basis
o Provide coverage to other facilities when necessary
o Perform property maintenance both inside the facility and on the grounds including; sweeping, changing light bulbs and removing debris in storage units. Some facilities also require light landscaping.
o Responsible for collections of delinquent accounts
