Position Summary The Software Deployment Specialist will play an integral role in the deployment of Rekor's software solutions.
This position will work closely with our Field Operations team to ensure that we exceed customer expectations through an efficient deployment process and quick uptime.
The Contribution:
Installation of Rekor software solutions, specifically the software for our Edge and License Plate Recognition product lines.
Diagnose issues and determine proper steps for a resolution.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Rekor software and other system components such as network infrastructure and IP cameras.
Ability to install, adjust, or maintain mobile communication equipment.
Track and document the progression of all work.
Maintain regular communication with customers during the installation process.
