4 Quick Apply Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description The Regional Training Manager will support a group of District Managers and Restaurants and report to the Director of Training.
They are responsible for incorporating systems and processes to ensure consistent training and development practices.
The Regional Training Manager will oversee training of managers by; proper on-boarding and orientation; weekly and monthly training plan, Training Center classes to develop SEMT and 2nd Development programs, and MIT transition interviews.
The Regional Training Manager is also responsible for brand standards and food safety compliance across their market(s).
Regional Training Manager Expectations include, but are not limited to:
Communicating with District Managers and Regional Managers to identify training needs and development plans for individuals including bench development plan Assist in selecting, developing, and overseeing Certified Training Managers and Restaurants Help managers develop their team members through career pathing planning to identify possible SEMT - Sailormen Eagle Management Trainees Development of Popeyes Restaurant Opening Team Members for New Restaurant Openings Implement and monitor company mandated onboarding/orientation practices.
5-day new hire training plan- 100% Validate entry of new hires into Popeyes Academy Ensure that MIT profiles are correctly entered and assigned in RTI Popeyes Academy reporting to field on weekly basis Validation of Popeyes Academy completion before Team Members work in position Planning/validation of Team Member cross-training Support and track all MIT training and reports Accountability for 100% Manager ServSafe Food Certification completion Accountability for Manager in training turnover % District-wide compliance of all Popeyes mandates LTO rollout training plan/execution Community outreach and in store celebrations Update region roster in Sailormen University website Any tasks assigned by direct supervisors Manage team building program initiatives Task Requirements:
Support market with hiring/job fairs as needed Perform Popeyes Academy audits (2 per week) Weekly Agenda - Market Training plan Monthly training reporting / Monitor Market Success Training Ranking (weekly) Popeyes Certified and requirements / ServSafe proctor if possible or to be willing to acquire.
Regional Training Manager's Work Schedule Expectations:
1) 5 days/50-hour work week a.
65% of time spent in restaurant b.
35% of time spent on admin/planning 2) Minimum of 2 Dinner Shifts per week 3) 1 full weekend worked per period a.
1 additional Saturday shift b.
1 additional Sunday shift 4) Reply to calls/texts/Teams chat in an appropriate timeframe.
5) Reply to Emails minimum of twice daily Morning & Afternoon Background Requirements:
