3 Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 14 hours ago Full Job Description United Pools is hiring a part-time maintenance technician who is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of five swimming facilities on the United States Navy base 2 - 3 days a week about 3 - 4 hours each day.
Maintenance Team Members are responsible for but not limited to:
Upkeep of the swimming facility and pump operations Small repairs Cleaning of Pump Rooms and overall Upkeep of the Swimming Facility Inventory of chemicals and other supplies Moderate pump and filter maintenance Service-route responsibilities Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing pools Maintaining chemical levels Maintaining salt systems/chlorine generators and error diagnostics Routing and staffing assistance Occasional moderate repairs (Cartridge and grid changes, spider gasket changes, etc.
) Interacting with customers and patrons on a daily basis in a professional manner Helping Service Technicians diagnose and solve issues that arise in the field Physical Demands:
Lift up to 100lbs, sit, kneel, stand for long periods, jump, squat, crawl, reach, and drive a vehicle for extended periods, work in summer heat.
