Experienced Maintenance Technician

This position is full time Monday-Friday 8:
30-5PM.
The ideal applicant must be able to identify final repairs and perform quality maintenance and carpentry repairs within the time frame allotted while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
All tools and a company vehicle are provided.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
-Inspect and prepare residential homes for occupancy and sale.
-Perform final a walk through on homes to verify outstanding issues have been completed before sale and move in.
-Report deficiencies to Property Manager and follow up on item completion -Perform touch up painting and minor repairs on rental units and sale homes -Complete punch out items as directed.
-Changing lights, hanging blinds, replacing outlets and switches -Light plumbing and electrical skills.
-Move furniture and assist in staging homes -Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property.
-Good customer service skills -Ability to take direction and work well with others -STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST! Skills.
-EXCEPTIONAL carpentry and drywall finishing skills a MUST.
-Light construction skills required (painting, drywall finishing, carpentry, siding, ETC) MUST ALSO HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND AND DRIVING RECORD and be able to pass a drug test.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs Must be able to climb ladders and stairs repeatedly through out the work day Must be able to work a minimum of 8 continuous hours in exposed weather conditions.
