Knowledge of property appraisals Knowledge of MI policies Understanding of various documentation types and conventional loans programs Collaborate with appraisers, underwriters, loan officers, and other stakeholders to address appraisal-related issues, resolve discrepancies, and obtain additional information or clarification when needed.
Experience includes knowledge of appraisals and full credit reviews of FHA, VA, Equity, and/or Conventional loans.
Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy in a high-volume and fast paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Hybrid role with 1-2 days on-site Job Types:
