Performs same duties as a warehouse worker Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.
Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed and authorized.
Perform warehouse housekeeping duties and ensure they are performed daily.
Responsible for ordering, receiving, and counting of warehouse inventory.
Responsible for controlling warehouse inventory variances.
Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, ability to navigate through the internet, MS Office, email & other operations databases.
Ability to prioritize & meet critical deadlines.
A minimum of 1-2 years distribution experience.
General Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
Must be able to consent to a drug screen.
Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
