We have multiple part-time management level positions available immediately for our location on E.
Nine Mile in Pensacola.
Managers provides overall leadership and direct supervision to ensure Product, Service, and Image of their Restaurant exceeds expectations.
The Managers accomplish their objectives by adhering to Marco's Culture and actively training and developing their employees daily to achieve each of the Marco's key results.
Shift Leads assist the Managers in managing the store, performing opening and closing duties.
Shift Leads also have opportunities to advance.
We're looking for individuals who:
- are hardworking, team oriented, and dedicated- possess excellent customer relation and leadership skills- are skilled in coaching and developing employees.
- are fast, efficient, and accurate- are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license (2 years driving history), reliable transportation and a true desire to learn and grow.
- are honest, energetic, motivational and fun loving- have prior management experience- are ServeSafe certified Recommended Skills Coaching And Mentoring Hardworking And Dedicated Leadership Passionate Team Working Time Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
