We are looking for an Medical Records Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at Arboreta Rehabilitation Center at Park Place! POSITION SUMMARY(Receptionist) The receptionist is an enthusiastic, career minded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
This position will play an integral role in the customer and organizational strength of the company.
The Receptionist will provide administrative support, perform clerical duties, including filing, answering phones, responding to emails and preparing documents.
The Receptionist will also provide timely assistance.
Qualifications include impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task with minimal supervision, and a professional demeanor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Arboreta Receptionist, essential duties and responsibilities include:
Answer telephones during scheduled shift.
Ensure phone calls are redirected to appropriate employee or department.
Transfer callers to appropriate voicemail when employee or manager is unavailable.
Provide callers with information about the facility, such as, address, directions, fax numbers, facility/Company website and other related information.
Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.
).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR(Receptionist) Qualifications including minimum skills, experience and education required include:
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in administrative and clerical procedures; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, such as Exel and Word; Possesses a valid driver's license and automobile in good working condition; Satisfactory Criminal Background check and drug screen.
