The applicant must be a team player who arrives on time, has a positive and professional attitude, good work ethic, and is able to multi-task and work independently.
Duties of the position include scheduling conferences, depositions, and hearings for our attorneys, typing dictation, answering telephone calls and, generally, assisting our attorneys and paralegals with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Pay is commensurate with experience and excellent benefits are offered including, but not limited to, health insurance, 401k with % match, and PTO.
