Individual to perform administrative and technical tasks under a tenured staff.
Opportunity to learn all aspects of real estate development, management and sales in a four- person office of seasoned professionals located on Perdido Key.

Provide Administrative Assistance Technical Assistant will focus on administrative duties such as scanning, composing correspondence, data entry, ordering supplies and organizing/scheduling meetings including the preparation of meeting materials.
Technical Assistant will create reports, maintain records and conduct research on a variety of subjects.
Provide Technical Support Individual will work with both internal staff and external customers to provide technical support.
Responsibilities:
Document preparation and distribution.
Maintain data base of company portfolio of properties.
Collect and interpret data.
Answering telephones and taking messages.
Printing and filing documents.
Schedule meetings.
Report preparation for the company manager and other key employees.
Setting up appointments.
Providing technical assistance on real estate transactions Read and understand technical documentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware and peripherals.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience with social media platforms.
Ability to work under strict supervision, as well as independently and occasionally remotely.
Ability to read and interpret technical data.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with QuickBooks helpful.
