The instructional Developer will participate in:
Post Award Conference Develop and Integrated Master Schedule Conduct two JDTAs Produce two TSRs Produce two FEA Reports Develop two IMDPs Be part of an In-Process Review (IPT) Team Bachelors Degree in Education or a related discipline.
2-5 years of related instructional development experience.

Desire 2
years' experience utilizing findings and recommendations from comprehensive evaluation studies of Navy training courses.
Moderate travel will be required to support this requirement, trips to San Diego, Norfolk, or other fleet concentration areas.
