Company Description Job Description LOVE TO SING, ENTERTAIN and COACH OTHERS to SUCCESS This might be the career for you! Sing, Manage, & Entertain Clients as you and your team turn the fudge on a marble table, singing songs and entertaining the crowds while the warm fudge is setting up.
Share samples with the clients who have joined the party in the store because they smelled the fudge and heard the fun and laughter! Fudge sales spike!! Compensation- $12.
39/hr for the first 40 hours then $18.
59 for 12 to 14 overtime hours each week.
In addition there are Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales bonuses.
If your team, with your direction, sells 3500.
00 on a single day the managers bonus can be up to $12.
00 additional $$$$ per hour.
IF you sell $6500.
00 a day the bonus per hour on top of previous figures would be $8.
00/hr in addition for that day.

Time and 1/2 for any hours over 40 per week and real bonuses based on daily sales goals Maximize Sales; Minimize Cost Motivate Candy Maker, Salespeople, one to two shows per hour minimum 95% of Day will be spent making fudge and selling fudge, ice cream and caramel apples.
