Define, coordinate, and oversee trade studies and analyses Develop and implement test requirements, test procedures, data analysis methods, and other tasks as required for test planning, provisioning, and execution of EW and Directed Energy (DE) projects Monitor and support test conduct, especially when a change in test or data analysis methodology is likely Conduct risk assessments and engineering analyses to resolve technical issues, develop risk mitigation plans and makes reconm1endations Write and edit technical papers for customers Develop informational and decision briefings for customers Task requires knowledge of aircraft operations, flight test methods, EW and aircraft systems, RF systems, modeling & simulation, and data analysis Apply CAIV principles to the design process and ensure that the appropriate level of Operational Analysis and Concept of Operation development occurs Develop facilities, equipment, and software to meet current and future test and evaluation mission needs to seamlessly implement the Department of Defense EW and avionics test and evaluation process.
Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
0 years experience with undergraduate degree.
Highest level positions require 15 years' experience with Masters' Degree or 10 years' experience with Doctorate.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
Must possess an active Secret clearance.

DOD Test and Evaluation or Systems Engineering experience relative to position level sought DAWIA certification in Systems Engineering and/or Test and Evaluation Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
