Company Description Job Description Guest Service Manager We employ multiple Reps at each property with flexible schedules to meet the needs of our guests and the property.
Specific Duties include o Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests o Verify customers' credit, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation.
o Make and confirm reservations.
o Issue room keys and information, directions and instruction to guests and visitors o Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts o Perform bookkeeping activities, such as making cash depots, running reports, posting payments to guest folios o Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
o Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary o Customer Service Experience o Cashier Experience o Sales Experience o Clerical/Administrative Experience o Hotel/Retail/Restaurant Training o OSHA Training Click here to apply.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
