Service Technician Seasonal
Summary: Setup and service repair of vending, beverage and refrigeration equipment by performing the following duties.
Requirements:
Position requires a work schedule of 9:00 am -6:00 pm, Fri, Sat & Sun.
Make accurate and timely diagnosis and repair of service related problems in all types of equipment including vending, beverage and refrigeration.
Complete service e tickets, survey forms and record books legibly and accurately.
Must be familiar with refrigeration systems and be at least Type I certified in refrigerant recovery.
Must be willing to work flexible work hours including nights and weekends.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Type I refrigeration HVAC certification required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers of employees or organization.
Basic math skills. ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
