Assistant Project Manager

Position Title: Asst. Project Manager
Reports to: Project Managers, Executive Management Team
Home Office: Pensacola, FL
Oversees: None
Brief
Summary: Works in the MainStage Pensacola Office providing excellent customer service through the completion MainStage submittals. The candidate will be required to create CAD drawings, equipment brochures review bid documents including written specifications and drawings to generate project submittals.

Duties:
Review electronic specifications and plans to prepare bills of materials for projects.
Review quotation spreadsheets of the prepared bills of materials.
Interface with Sales Team to ensure seamless transfer of a project from quotation to project status.
Create AutoCad drawings from scratch utilizing standard blocks.
Work as a team with the office staff to share product knowledge, advance solutions and suggestions for improvement of company process and procedure.
Other duties as required.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of theatrical equipment, practices, and procedures are desired.
Basic math skills including but not limited to addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
Advanced computer skills including AutoCad, Excel and Word.
High ability to work with or without supervision and make sound decisions based on guidelines established by management.
High degree of professionalism when dealing with contractors and co-workers
High ability to effectively communicate with other MTS employees.
Compensation: TBD depending on experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
